Half-day tour, medium: You set off gently from Eugendorf towards Thalgau. After Thalgau there are a number of steep climbs and descents, via Hof you continue into the Wiestal Valley and past beautiful scenery in Hinterwinkl, round the Gaisberg and down to Elsbethen. From Elsbethen the tour takes you along the Salzach River, through the entire Mozart City of Salzburg over the Traklsteg footbridge to Itzling. From here you return to Eugendorf along the old Ischler Railway Path.
Sights en route: Wiestal Reservoir , Hinterwinkl, City of Salzburg. Numerous restaurants along the entire route for refreshments.
