First class produce, care and authenticity form the foundation of our regional and seasonal based cooking. Most of our meat, milk and eggs come from our own organic farm, the remainder of the ingredients used in our cooking come, for the most part, from suppliers and farmers in the region.
Our head chef is a master of his trade and, in his own inimitable way, he is able to create truly festive meals from carefully chosen ingredients. |
