While we as a family are highly active, we always pay lots of attention to rest, recuperation and relaxation. We have therefore designed our Hotel & Spa in such a way that every guest can individually decide to do whatever they want.

There are numerous activities to enjoy in and around the Gastag: indoors is ourtraining and fitness room with everything the body could need, as well as the indoor pool, ideal for relaxing and restarting – and not just after a sauna. And outdoors, on hot summer days, our bathing pond makes the ideal place to cool down.
