We cook and serve at the Gasthof in Eugendorf with heart and dedication and simply aim to produce the best, all in a lovingly, carefully created ambience. The good mood matches our food! Where possible we prefer what is  seasonal, regional and homemade. Traditional cookery and recipes are enhancedwith modern interpretations. In our kitchen, we work day by day with the awareness that a well-crafted dish represents one of life’s values. Perhaps a high standard, but for us, it is the best.

Breakfast at Gastagwirt

Our breakfast is the perfect start to the day. We bring to the table everything that fuels your energy, lifts your spirits, and puts a smile on your face. Carefully selected organic quality awaits you – from sweet treats to hearty favourites, along with freshly brewed coffee and fine teas, as well as juices, honey, and jams sourced from the Salzburg region. Butter, yoghurt, and cheese come from nearby farms, and the eggs are laid by our own free-range hens. Using these, we prepare our breakfast highlight right in front of our guests: our freshly made omelettes. Our generous breakfast buffet (including hot beverages, water, and juices) is, of course, also available to non-resident guests for € 31,-
