Reception & Rooms
The day will eventually come when it is time to say goodbye. We kindly ask for your understanding that your room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. so that it can be cleaned and prepared for our next guests.
If you plan to depart before 6:30 a.m., we kindly ask you to settle your bill on the evening before your departure.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Please remember to take your room key with you whenever you leave the hotel in the evening.
The reception closes at approximately 10:00 p.m. After that, you can access the hotel and your room through the night entrance using your room key.
With the Mobility Ticket, you can enjoy free and unlimited travel on all public transport throughout the Province of Salzburg for the duration of your stay.
We are happy to provide your ticket in digital format or as a printed copy. Please contact our reception desk for assistance.
The bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the hotel, offering easy access to Salzburg city centre. Our reception team will be happy to provide you with bus timetables and travel information.

Restaurant
Your dog is welcome to accompany you in the restaurant.
In Your Room
As comfortable as our beds and upholstered furniture may be, they are strictly off-limits for dogs.
Walking Your Dog
Whether in summer or winter, please keep your dog on a leash when out for walks and always clean up after your pet. Dog waste bags are available behind the hotel near the walnut tree.
Please note that the towels provided in your room are not intended for cleaning your dog’s paws or coat.
Seminar & Wellness Area
Dogs are not permitted in the seminar or wellness areas.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel or restaurant. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to do so on their room balcony (where available) or in the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Your in-room safe can be operated either with a 6-digit personal code or with your credit card.
Locking the Safe with a Personal Code
- Enter your personal 6-digit code.
- Press the # key.
- The safe is now locked.
Unlocking the Safe
- Enter your personal 6-digit code.
- The safe will unlock automatically.
Locking the Safe with a Credit Card
- Simply swipe your credit card through the designated slot as illustrated.
- The safe will lock automatically.
- To unlock it, swipe the same credit card through the slot again.
Insurance & Liability
Your in-room safe is insured for valuables up to €3,000.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for valuables that are not stored in the in-room safe.

Restaurant
Our breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 a.m. for early risers and is served until 10:00 a.m. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, breakfast is available until 10:30 a.m.
Enjoy a generous selection of regional specialties, from freshly baked bread and homemade delicacies to freshly prepared fried eggs from our own free-range organic hens.
Our kitchen serves hot meals continuously from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In the evening, we invite you to enjoy freshly prepared dishes from our à la carte menu. You will also find a wide selection of fresh salads at our daily salad buffet.
Guests staying on our half-board package are served a four-course dinner each evening, with a choice of main course, accompanied by our daily fresh salad buffet.
Closing Day
Our restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.
On selected closing days, dinner is still available exclusively for our hotel guests. Please contact our reception team for further information.
Wellness Area & Fitness Room
Our indoor pool, located on the lower ground floor, is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Our sauna area is heated daily from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Enjoy our cosy wellness area featuring a bio sauna (60°C), a Finnish sauna (90°C), and an infrared cabin.
Located directly opposite Gasthof Gastagwirt, our natural swimming pond offers a refreshing way to cool off. Hotel guests are welcome to use it at any time during their stay.
Guests wishing to stay active during their holiday are welcome to use our fitness room on the lower ground floor, open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Gastaggut
Gasthof Gastagwirt is also home to Gastaggut, our beautiful organic farm. Here, you can see oxen, pigs, chickens, sheep, and horses living in a natural environment.
You are welcome to take a walk to the farm and watch the animals grazing in the meadows. We are also happy to arrange a short guided tour of the farm—simply ask at reception.
To help keep our animals healthy and happy, we kindly ask that you do not feed them.
